Shipping policy

UK Shipping (VAT 433294891): Orders are sent from directly from within Great Britain and zero duties or fees need to be paid on delivery.

European Union (VAT NL827728736B01): We ship to most European Union countries from Great Britain and have lowered our shipping cost to assist with potential fees. VAT and a Broker Fee (usually €5 to €15) must be paid on delivery. In addition to VAT, you may also have to pay customs duties for orders above €150.

Canada: Orders are sent from the United States, duties may have to be paid on delivery.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: A lot of modern packaging is designed to look impressive but creates a lot of waste. We avoid foams and plastics wherever possible and use friendly paper packaging. If you can even reuse the box and packaging material we send you, that would be wonderful.

Sometimes unavoidable factors can delay a parcel that are both human and nature related. Global shipping in particular can have delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated if this occurs, and you should feel confident knowing we will do our best to resolve any issues. Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress.

All orders are sent in protected boxes and should not have shipping damage. However, if there are issues, please view our return and exchanges policy, and we'll help out!
