If you're purchasing as a gift for someone, our standard packing slips contain only the information they need.
They will NOT see pricing.
They will see that the gift was ordered by you and it will show your address. The packing slips also contain information on returns and exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot include a gift message.

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product.

If the product will be out of stock for a while, you can enter your email to be alerted when it's available.

If the product will be back in stock soon, you can pre-order it for delivery as soon as possible.



If your order includes at least one pre-arrival item, it will ship when the pre-arrival item becomes available.

If you'd like to receive the in-stock items immediately, please split into two orders.

Returns & Exchanges

If your glassware breaks during shipping, we will replace it for free.

If your glassware suffers an untimely end for any other reason, we offer a 1:1 replacement at wholesale cost. We don't want unfortunate accidents to prevent you from enjoying the best possible drinking experience!

We want to do everything we can to ensure you're happy with your glasses.

You will have a 45 day trial window to experience your new glasses and see if they live up to expectations. We think you'll love them, but if for any reason you wish to return them, you may.

If the glasses arrive broken, we will replace them.

Fontaine Glassware is made to the highest standard and quality control is of utmost importance. That said, glass is a living thing, and as a result some may have very slight variations, such as the following:

• Very small air bubbles can become trapped in the glass
• Hand tool marks
• Slightly asymmetrical form or variation in glass distribution

Each and every glass goes through the tightest production standards and receives stringent quality checks, but if your glass has any of these variations in extremes, we will exchange them!


When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also click the chat icon in the bottom right of our website and enter your order number.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

Stemware Care

Fontaine crystal is 100% dishwasher friendly for thousands of cycles!

That said, there are some precautions you can take to ensure they remain in tip-top shape during machine washing.

Necessary Steps

  • Use the top rack

  • Make sure there is space surrounding the glassware

Optional Steps

  • Remove from dishwasher before drying is complete and polish with microfiber cloth for the most sparkle

  • Softer, less intense, cleaning agents are ideal

With a few key pointers, it's easy to care for your glassware.

  • Wash under warm water
    • No detergent is necessary (unless there was something with heavy aromatics, like an Islay whisky)
  • Briefly drain excess water over a towel
  • OPTIONAL STEP: Steam over hot water for extra shine
  • Hold the bowl in one hand - not the stem or base - and polish the bowl with the other.
  • Enjoy your beautifully clean and sparkling glass!


Be careful to avoid twisting the base and the bowl while cleaning. Crystal is very durable, which is why they are so light, but extensive torsion (twisting motion) can lead to stem snapping. This is an important step to remember for cleaning any glassware with a stem!
